Work

Three ways to work with us.

The shape depends on how much of the work you want us running, and how much you want to own outright.

Embedded

What it is
We join your team. Weekly cadence, full access to CRM and Slack, running pipeline, attribution, automation and reporting alongside your people. We find where the leverage is in the first two weeks and spend the rest of the engagement building it.
Who it's for
You have revenue and a team, and the constraint is that nobody has time to build the thing everyone already knows should exist.
What it takes
Ninety days minimum, weekly working sessions, and one person on your side who can make decisions without going to committee.
What you own at the end
Everything. The systems, the playbooks, and a team that can run and extend both without us.

Build

What it is
Fitted software. It starts as a CRM replacement and becomes an operating system shaped to how your business actually works. Built on Mindmoor, customized to you, running in your own isolated instance.
Who it's for
You have been bending your business around software that was built for somebody else's.
What it takes
An eight-week build, and access to the people who know how the work actually gets done. That knowledge is the input. Without it we are guessing.
What you own at the end
Your instance, your data, your workflows, running on your own infrastructure. Platform improvements ship to you at no cost.

Enable

What it is
Advisory and workshops. We work with your team on where to point AI, what to build first, and who should own it. Plus one-off builds when you already know exactly what you need.
Who it's for
You have capable people and you want direction rather than hands.
What it takes
Access to the team doing the work, and a willingness to have the uncomfortable conversation about what should not be built.
What you own at the end
The judgment, and whatever we build.
How we build

Every system we build runs on infrastructure you own, isolated from every other client, with the AI held behind human confirmation on anything that writes. No shared tenancy, no vendor lock, no black box.

How we build

How it starts

Every engagement starts the same way.

Thirty minutes, no deck. You tell us where the work is stuck, we tell you what we would build first and roughly what it takes. If we are not the right team, we will say so on the call.

This works when

  • You are past $1M in revenue and you own the P&L
  • You have people who know the business cold and no way for them to build
  • You want the work run, not recommended
  • You can commit to 90 days

This doesn't work when

  • You want a strategy deck or a brand refresh
  • You want AI to replace headcount rather than raise the ceiling on the people you already have
  • You want an open-ended retainer with no defined outcome
  • You want a vendor rather than someone in the room

Questions we get asked.

  • It depends on the shape of the work, so we do not publish a number. The first call gives us the scope, and we come back with what we would build first and what it costs, in writing. There is no hourly billing. You get a real number before you commit to anything.

  • We don't sell retainers. We sell capability. Every engagement has a defined end and your team owns everything we build. Some clients keep buying because they keep finding things worth building. That is a different thing than a renewal.

  • We run a defined slice of your GTM operations on a weekly cadence: pipeline, attribution, automation, reporting. Slack channel, access to your CRM, a seat at your revenue meetings. For the length of the engagement, we are your GTM team.

  • In shipped systems, not in a tool list. Mindmoor runs commitment tracking for paying clients, each on their own isolated instance. The newsletter you can subscribe to on this site sends from a platform we built. In client work it drafts, prioritizes and summarizes, and a person confirms anything that writes.

  • No. Build is one of three doors, not a funnel into the product. Plenty of Embedded engagements never touch it.

  • Your own database, your own authentication, your own keys. There is no shared tenant, so there is no scenario where one client's data reaches another. The full architecture is on the How we build page.

  • Most of our clients have one. We work alongside them. We don't replace people, we make their work run faster.

  • Usually yes. The first call comes first, then we tell you the earliest start.

Thirty minutes. No deck.

We will tell you what we would look at first and whether we are the right team to do it. If we are not, we will say so on the call.
